The cart didn’t work on either of my fully functional batteries, both of which work perfectly with my other carts, so I confirmed the issue is with the cart itself. To make matters worse, the Illinois location does not accept returns. Instead, you’re forced to go through a “replacement team” that takes 14-21 days to process your claim. That’s an unreasonably long time to wait for a faulty...
