I take 2 or 3 of these pills with the 1906 Boost pill about two hours before going to bed. Instead of tossing and turning all night ad maybe getting 1-2 hours of sleep, I get a good 3-4 hours of sleep. When I wake up I can tell immediately that I got restful sleep. They work great. I wish Beyond Hello kept these & the 1906 Chill pills in stock all the time for medical clients like myself. This actually helps.
