The mint can sometimes be overwhelming and you will taste it depending on where you put it it evaporates thru the skin and goes thru the blood so you can taste the product but I don’t mod it if it helps with the pain just a walking mint commercial perfect for the fall weather just makes you feel cold so I like to keep blankets around but it does help with pain and I’m able to do some activities in combo with chiro care
